Gschladt trading agency is in private psossion of Mr. Gerhard Gschladt. Besides dealing with exclusive cars, general trading with technical goods and goods of all kinds, Gschladt trading agency also is developing new technical products and concepts. Most of the ideas are derived from walking through the world with wide open eyes.
The company history:
After military service in austria and some years doing technical service and book keeping of gambling casinos on international cruise ships, Mr. Gschladt has done from 1989 until 1995 Gerhard Gschladt e technical services and presentations of medical lab devices to labs and hospitals of various trademarks in austria.
In 1996 Mr. Gschladt has founded together with an other person a company and started to develop electronic motor control units for diesel engines. The company became very successful, within short time own facilities in germany, spain and france have been established to sell the own developed products to commercial resellers. in 2004 Mr. Gschladt sold his shares to his former founding partner due to personal reasons.
Beeing interested in any technical aspects, Mr. Gschladt started his single operated company Gschladt trading agency and focussed on development of new technical products and concepts (Import/export of luxurious cars, production and sale of cars driven by air pressure, concept of a small airline for business customers, Nanotechnology, ect.). 2005 and 2006 a group of companies have been founded focussing on development, production and sale of nanotechnology products, which still is in operation (www.bestnano.com).
Already in 2004 Mr. Gschladt was investigationg technical possibilities to develop TheraMon®. Technical limits have lead to a stop of the project, as compromises of the specification for a future project have not been tolerated. The main limits have been the required minimal size of the transponder for easy implementation and the lifetime of the battery of the transponder.
In 2006 Mr. Gschladt revived the project TheraMon®, technical progress in the meantime as well as new battery technology have been checked again. Together with a wellknown german reserarch institute a first prototype could be developed. The further ongoing development has lead to further progress and in 2008 the development towards an ASIC (application specific integrated circuit) together with swiss engineers was started.
The very ambitious goal to develop this ASIC within one year could not be reached due the worldwide abruptly onrushing economic crisis end of 2008 and the impact to several development partners as well as to financing banks. After some delay over the last months, TheraMon® now has reached first pilot production in december 2009. It is expected to supply TheraMon® as a commercial product out of the shelf worldwide, several national distribution partnerships have already been signed. Already existing pre-orders from national and international partners may expect great success for TheraMon® in dental business.
IFT Handels- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH (www.ifteurope.com), part of the company group founded in 2005 will distribute TheraMon® in the austrian market. Therefor a special department "medical care" has been established to treat this market. In austria TheraMo® will be presented to dentists, orthodontics and dental labs with own sales force.
Further in january 2009 IFT Handels- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH could achieve exclusive distributership of the entire product line of Weithas KG www.weithas.de) from Lütjenburg, germany. The products are some orthodontic material, Valplast® protethic system, artifical teeth, etc.
